Warhammer Conference 2026 is entirely FREE to attend. There are no conference fees at all. However, delegates may need to purchase their own drinks / refreshments.
All presentations should be 15-20 minutes in length. This will leave us time for questions afterwards, and will allow us enough time between panels. For those attending in person, please make sure you come prepared with your presentation on a USB stick if possible. This will help with the smooth transition between talks.
Yes! If you are not presenting, you are still welcome to attend online. Simply click on the Teams links in the conference schedule to join sessions at the appropriate time.
When you join, please ensure your microphone is muted, so as not to disturb the speakers when they present. Spaces in the online sessions are available on a first-come-first-served basis. All sessions will be recorded and we will endeavour to share them after the conference.
If you are able to attend in person, you are more than welcome! Please email the conference organisers to let us know you are coming.
