Warhammer Conference 2024 is entirely FREE to attend. There are no conference fees at all. However, delegates may need to purchase their own drinks / refreshments.
Heidelberg is a lovely place to visit and has many options for accommodation. If budget is a priority, there are two hostels nearby. These are: Lotte -The Backpackers and Hemingway’s Heidelberg Hostel.
All presentations should be 15-20 minutes in length. This will leave us time for questions afterwards, and will allow us enough time between panels. For those attending in person, please make sure you come prepared with your presentation on a USB stick if possible. This will help with the smooth transition between talks.
Yes! If you are not presenting, you are still welcome to attend online. Simply click on the Teams links in the conference schedule to join sessions at the appropriate time.
When you join, please ensure your microphone is muted, so as not to disturb the speakers when they present. Spaces in the online sessions are available on a first-come-first-served basis. All sessions will be recorded and we will endeavour to share them after the conference.
