Hello All, and well met travellers.

My name is Dimitrios. I am originally from Greece and I have moved to England in 2014, and subsequently in Scotland in 2018. I hold an MSc in Records Management and Digital Preservation from the University of Dundee, where I graduated with distinction.

I am an independent scholar, and I work for the Scottish Government (SG) as an assistant records manager for the SG's Archiving Team, where I oversee the transfer of records destined to become archives in the National Records of Scotland.

I have attended both conferences in 2024 and 2025, in person, but I will not be submitting an abstract, or attending, for the year 2026.

I have been involved in various aspects of the hobby over a course of more than thirty years , and advocated for records management intertwined with Warhammer both in my place of work as well as outside of it, and how one's hobby can be used in order to make their line of work or studies engaging to people outside of their field.

On that, I was invited to speak to the Scottish Council on Archives, where I delivered a webinar called 'Warhammer, Records, and the Art of Engagement'.

In my spare time I mostly paint these days, and I rarely play, although I do enjoy the occasional narrative campaign more than competitive play.

Edit:

I forgot to mention, what the WBRB stands for: I've been in forums as long as I can remember, and my nickname back in the days (and still in most of the forums that I'm still active) was 'When Black Roses Bloom', from the titular Ravenloft scenario of 2nd edition Ad&d with Lord Soth.
