Warhammer Conference 2026 -- where are you all staying?

Have you booked your travel and accommodation yet? If so, where are you staying?

I think I'm at the Relaxa Hotel, Frankfurt Main.

Haven't booked anything yet. I very much hope to be able to give a hand preparing the hobby session on friday evening, but I'm a student again, and -may- have to attend a seminar on friday afternoon. I'll confirm in August. If not, then I should be able to be in Frankfurt within business hours.

The Relaxa definitely looks nice, and what a lovely name;)

I am at the Elaya Hotel in Oberursel, its really close to the University, and not in the expensive Hive city itself.
4 underground stations from University, with one transfer.

I just looked it up, you need about 15 Minutes via U-Bahn to the University, and there is also a larger train station rather close, where you can reach Frankfurt Main Station in 16 Minutes. Quest Hub is about 7 minutes via foot from Frankfurt Main station.

I am looking into booking my accomodation now, money is a bit of a stickler so I might end up looking for a hostel.

People have booked hostels in the past, though last year we were in Heidelberg, so I'm not sure what the options are in Frankfurt. I'm guessing Markus might be the best person to speak to ^.

it turns out my mother has elected to come along to support me, and we've booked the townhouse hotel for a room for two. that should be decently well connected to FIAS, and close enough the the city centre for mum to not be bored out of her mind the entire time

I'm staying at the Relaxa also, and hoping to have the day exploring Frankfurt on the Friday. Is there anything informal scheduled for the Friday night?

Not that I'm aware of... I'm also arriving on the Friday, though not until the afternoon. I'll email you as and when I arrive and see if you're about.

I'm hoping other members will also be around to join us.
